About Dr. Richard E. Williams
Dr. Richard E. Williams has faithfully served in Christian ministry for more than 44 years. He has been in ministry since the age of 20 and began pastoring at 22, dedicating his life to preaching the Gospel, equipping believers, and serving the local church.
Throughout his ministry, Dr. Williams has traveled throughout the United States and internationally, ministering in crusades, conferences, revivals, and special church services. His ministry is marked by a strong emphasis on the Word of God, the power of the Holy Spirit, and the demonstration of God's presence, with many testifying to signs and wonders following the preaching of the Gospel.
Dr. Williams holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy in Theology and is the author of multiple books, covering a variety of biblical and practical Christian subjects. Over the years, he has also hosted and appeared on numerous television programs, sharing the message of Jesus Christ with audiences around the world.
After faithfully serving as Senior Pastor of Outpouring Worship Center in Ravenna, Michigan, Dr. Williams has retired from pastoral ministry. While retired from the pastorate, he remains fully committed to the call of God and is now available to minister at churches, conferences, revivals, leadership events, retreats, and special services.
