- Dr. Richard E. Williams has been in Ministry for over 44 years. He began serving in ministry at the age of 20 and has been pastoring churches since the age of 22. Along with pastoring, Dr. Williams travels internationally, speaking at crusades, conferences, and revivals. He flows in the anointing with signs and wonders following. Dr. Williams holds a Ph.D. of Philosophy in Theology and has authored nine books. He has also hosted and appeared on many television programs. He has now Retire from Pastoring and is open to speak at your church or event.
